No change-of-mind refunds

Digital products are supplied as downloadable files. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind after purchase. Check the product description, format and available preview before buying.

If delivery fails, you are charged twice, or the supplied file is faulty or does not match its description, contact us. We will investigate and restore access, replace a faulty file, or provide the remedy you are entitled to.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

Get help with a purchase

Contact arete404.help@gmail.com with the product title, your checkout email, payment reference and a short explanation. Do not include card details or passwords.

An expired download link does not require a new purchase. Follow the delivery instructions to retrieve an active download.

When a refund is required or approved

Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, processes refunds. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment method and financial institution.

A completed refund ends future download access. It does not remove files already downloaded or permit redistribution.
