A PDF, not a parcel
Arete sells downloadable PDF ebooks, templates and resources. There is no physical shipping. Each product page shows what is included, its price in US dollars, its contents, and any available preview.
You will need a device and an app or browser that can open PDF files. Downloading requires an internet connection; a saved PDF can be read offline.
After payment
Payments take place through Dodo Payments’ hosted checkout. Once payment succeeds, Dodo’s digital delivery sends download access to the email used at checkout. You can also return through its Customer Portal.
Arete’s confirmation page checks the payment status and provides a private download button for purchased files. A pending or failed payment does not unlock a paid guide. A preview edition does not include a full PDF unless its product page explicitly says so.
Return to your download
Dodo uses temporary download URLs. If one has expired, reopen the purchase email or Customer Portal to get a fresh link while your access is active. Keep receipt and download links private.
If you cannot find the email or open the PDF, contact arete404.help@gmail.com with your checkout email and payment reference. Do not pay again to solve a delivery problem.
Delivery and refunds
A completed refund revokes future download access. It cannot erase a PDF already downloaded to your device.
